Do you offer a discount for referrals?

Yes! Beginning in 2009, you can earn a $30 service credit for every new referral you make to HeavenlyScent Cleaning. Our *NEW* Refer-a-Friend Program is our way of saying "Thank-you" for recommending our services to friends, family, neighbors or co-workers. This offer is valid only for new recurring Residential OR Commercial customer's. Visit our "Contact Us" page and submit your referral today! (Accounts will be credited following completion of two maintenance cleanings; Limit 5 service credits per calendar year)

Are you Insured & Bonded?

Yes. HeavenlyScent is fully insured and bonded. We realize accidents do happen. Therefore, we have general liability coverage as well as employee accident coverage. A Certificate of Insurance is available upon request.

Who will be providing the service in my home?

Glad you asked. Our employees are hand-picked from numerous applicants to ensure only those with a sparkling background are providing your cleaning services. Pre-employment criminal background checks and drug screens are conducted on all applicants. New employees must complete an intensive 6-week orientation period which includes on-site job training, evaluation and computer based training modules.

Will the same people service my home each time?

Yes. Our employee's generally work in teams with a recurring work assignment to match our customer base. We strongly believe that building a trusting relationship improves both customer and employee satisfaction. We are fully committed to meeting your service needs, and in the event of an employee vacation or illness, we will still provide the exceptional service you become accustomed to.

Is there a Contract to sign?

No. We will begin your services after your in-home estimate and approval of our cleaning proposal for your home or business. We will provide you with a copy of our Policy & Procedures for your review and acknowledgment. We realize our assistance for some customers may be short-term due to current travel plans, illness or increased work commitments. We only ask for 24-hours advanced notice if canceling any scheduled service or discontinuing service completely.

How do I pay for my services?

All residential cleaning services are paid at the time of service by cash or personal check. Auto-pay with credit or debit card processing is a convenient way to arrange for payment of your cleaning services. Pre-payment arrangements may be made with Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card through our office. However, all returned checks are subject to a $25.00 return check fee.

Commercial accounts are billed on a bi-monthly or monthly billing cycle with "Net-10" day terms.

Do I need to purchase any special items to have my home serviced?

No. Our Teams of trained cleaning professionals come to your home or business fully equipped to provide the detailed cleaning you have requested. We use Proctor & Gamble's Pro-Line of cleaning products & micro -fiber towels which thoroughly and safely clean a variety of surfaces in your home including marble, granite, tile and hardwood floors. Have a favorite product? No problem....just inform us and have a supply available, and we'll be glad to use it!

What about my pets?

We are a pet friendly company. Actually, we love pets, and look forward to our furry friends everyday! Any special information about your pets including behaviors and routines is appreciated. We'd love to know their names too! If your pet is "guarded" without your presence, we kindly ask that you secure the pet in a safe location on the day of your scheduled cleanings.

Do I need to provide you a key?

No. Although many cleaning companies do require all their customers to provide a key, we do not. We feel that our entry into your home should be the most comfortable way you can provide. We are willing to work with you with this plan, whether you are home to meet us, provide us that spare key or give us a guest code to enter the home. Relax, the choice is yours.

Do you have references?

We've built many great relationships since we started cleaning our first house back in August 2005. We'll be glad to share our references with you at any time and look forward to your positive comments real soon!
